Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products , we do not accept returns or exchange.

Product such as Daily meals (home-style), Fresh snacks (like [e.g., samosas, cutlets, sandwich, rolls]), Sweet treats (made with ghee, no preservatives), Custom snack boxes for weekends & gifting All made fresh as home! 

All of our food is made fresh to order in small batches, using high-quality ingredients with strict attention to hygiene and safety.

Once a product leaves our kitchen & delivered to consumer, we can no longer guarantee its condition or freshness, and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place to protect all of our customers and maintain the highest standards in food safety.

Refunds / Cancellation (if applicable)

As a small-batch homemade food business, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and prepared.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered, please contact us within 30 mins. of delivery with proof (such as a photo), and we will issue a full or partial refund, or arrange a replacement where possible.

• Undelivered Orders: If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.

Refund processing will take 1 day from our side and later customer can follow with the relevant bank as needed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
